YOU ARE WELCOME !  Light a candle, settle in and let’s get into it. This is the KODIE FASHION JOURNAL, an archival of the lore that makes these pieces what they are. We’ve traveled, some may say journeyed, expanded, shed, integrated and have made some new friends along the way  – in other words, reintroductions are in order.

KODIE is a black queer-owned global fashion label, currently handmade in New York. We create pieces catered towards movement and pure self expression. KODIE is a universe where divinity is made manifest through handmade apparel and adornments.

What to expect? This season has shed a blinding light of awareness in all matters of the heart, relating (to self and others), death, creation, and rebirth. A burning fire would really be more accurate. The following bodies of work unfold alongside me. Each one an arrival at a deeper level of understanding of life’s lessons being presented to me. As a designer, my vision for KODIE knows no bounds – so I encourage you to take your time, peruse, and buckle up !
